The MamaPlus Training & Support Centre

This is our emergent hub dedicated to professionalising childcare in Kenya and beyond. We provide high-quality, standardised training, certify childcare workers, and connect them to job opportunities. Working with counties, national bodies, and regional partners across Africa, we ensure every childcare provider meets the same high standards—delivering safe, nurturing, and inclusive care for every child.

We take the stress out of finding trusted, qualified help for your household. MamaPlus connects home managers—such as parents, guardians, and employers—with trained, vetted, and compassionate caregivers and domestic workers. Our support includes: Matching you with caregivers who meet your family’s specific needs Background checks and credential verification Interview scheduling and hiring support Ongoing check-ins and conflict resolution support Guidance on legal and contractual obligations

Training and Support for Caregivers

We believe caregiving is a profession—and we treat it like one. MamaPlus offers practical training and tools to help caregivers grow in confidence, capability, and career development. Caregiver services include: Certified training in child development, safety, and emotional care Skills development: CPR, feeding, hygiene, educational play, etc. Soft skills training: communication, time management, professionalism Mental health and wellness support Access to a growing network of caregiver job opportunities via the MamaPlus platform
